About
As Founder of JFS Communications, I help executives, agencies, and brands turn their stories into strategic advantage through public relations, executive thought leadership, and brand marketing.
I’ve spent more than 15 years building the brand behind some of the world's leading advertising, media, and public relations agencies. As Vice President of Global Marketing at Assembly, Stagwell's flagship media agency, I led marketing and communications across a network of more than 10,000 employees worldwide. Prior to that, I built the first-ever marketing department at Codeword, a WE Communications agency, and led corporate marketing and communications for both Havas Media North America and Havas New York.
Beyond my consultancy, I'm the founder of Lileo Studios and the author/illustrator of the Joey Buttons children's book series, inspired by my beloved Yorkshire Terrier. The debut title, Joey Buttons and the Big Tree, became an Amazon #1 New Release in Children's Pet Books and is earning rave reviews.
An entrepreneurial spirit, I previously owned and operated 629 Media, delivering bespoke marketing, web development, and content solutions for clients ranging from celebrity chefs and clean energy companies to hospitality and home design brands.
A native of London, England, I immigrated to the United States as a young child. After spending over a decade in New York City, I now live in rural Pennsylvania with my husband, two children, and Yorkshire Terrier, @joeybuttons_yorkie, who has charmed a growing fanbase across social media and serves as the inspiration behind my children’s book series.
the world of joey buttons
In Joey Buttons and the Big Tree, Joey Buttons wags his tail a little too hard while playing fetch with his human, Leo. Up he zooms until he’s stuck on the tippy-top of a big tree.
With Joey stranded above, Leo refuses to give up. Using creativity, determination, and a little help from his community, he sets out to bring his best friend back down to safety.
Perfect for bedtime, this heartwarming story celebrates problem-solving, resilience, and the power of asking for help.
